    Foundation of Seoul Korean Federation for Environmental Movement

    Introduced the reusable shopping bag incentive program

    Ban on the use of PVC IV bags for dioxin emission during incineration

    Replacement of Seoul’s public buses with CNG buses following the introduction of the central bus lane system

    Made Nanjido Golf Course Plan recanted, converted the place into a public park
